[Geomoose-users] Automatic Refresh of Layer

I am thinking about something like adding a refresh-interval="<msec>"
attribute to map-source would be a nice way to configure this.  Then either
in core or an extension scans the mapbook at startup and calls setInterval
with the interval and { layer.refresh if layer.isVisible? }.
