[Geomoose-users] GeoMoose Popups on iOS

I know a guy always willing to take funding to modernize GeoMOOSE.

That said, if we attack the UI doing sometihng a bit more responsive
would be nice.  2.8 and 2.9 are evolving to break apart more bits of
the logic and presentation but there are still a lot of interconnected
demons in the code.
