[Geomoose-users] Customizing the Toolbar in GM3

Thanks Dan, it's been a while since I developed in GM and forgot where the
toolbars were.
To clarify, I wasn't working directly with geomoose.css, but rather a
renamed copy, but appreciate the reminder.
