Forwarding a very important security release for Windows users. Credit
to GeoMoose's Tanya Haddad for informing me of the cURL security release
for Windows. -jeff

Hello everyone,

MS4W 4.0.3 is now available, which contains several important changes,
including an upgrade for cURL due to a *security* hole affecting *all*
older Windows versions of cURL (note that PHP has also been upgraded,
and its cURL has been manually patched for this vulnerability). I
recommend all installations are upgraded to this MS4W version, because
of this. Get it now at https://ms4w.com

I want to also highlight that the default local map services (driven
from the map shown on the homepage) are now also serving GeoJSON, and a
new ZOO-Project demo is included in MS4W (executing spatial actions as
buffer, union etc. in the browser) in this release, that leverages the
local WPS service and MS4W's (MapServer) GeoJSON output through WMS.
Very cool. You can play with the demo on the official MS4W demo site:
(click on a country, then select a tool in the panel above)
https://ms4w.dev/zoo-project/demo/

Please see MS4W's HISTORY.txt for all of the changes, but here are some
of the highlights:

          - upgraded MapServer and MapScript (CSharp, Java, Python, PHP)
to today's 7.6.0-dev
          - upgraded GDAL to 2.4.4 (trac ticket 249)
          - upgraded PHP to 7.2.27 security release (trac ticket 252)
          - upgraded MapCache to git-master-20200127
          - include latest mapcache.xml.sample
          - upgraded cURL support to 7.68.0 (security release)
          - enhanced local.map (default map on homepage) to allow
GeoJSON output
          - rebuilt HDF5 support (to include the HDF5_HL library)
          - rebuilt HDF4 support
          - rebuilt NetCDF support, to include HDF4 + HDF5 and set
chunk-cache-size
            (trac ticket 250)
          - rebuilt php_ogr extension
          - upgraded PDAL utilities to git-master-20200128
          - added PDAL_DRIVER_PATH to setenv.bat (trac ticket 246)
          - upgraded osm2pgsql commandline utility to git-master-20200127
          - upgraded pycsw to 2.4.2 (trac ticket 253)
          - upgraded Matomo to 3.13.1 (trac ticket 203)
          - rebuilt ZOO-Project kernel, base-vector-ops, and GDAL services
(contour, dem, grid, profile, translate, warp)
          - added ZOO-Project OGR services demo (trac ticket 229)

When installing, it is very important that (if you are using the .zip)
your server must have the C++ Redistributable installed on it
beforehand: execute the local file /ms4w/tmp/vcredist_x86.exe
(alternatively if you use MS4W's setup.exe installer this is done
automatically)

As always please provide your requests for enhancements and issues
through the MS4W tracker (so the feedback is not lost or forgotten):
https://ms4w.com/trac/ You can also contact me directly for support.

Thank you for using MS4W.
