Dear GeoNodees,

a strong project needs a nice face! – the condition of our github readme
( first impression!) cannot be sustained any longer.

README
----------------------
Find a here a first draft for a rework:

It´s far from perfect but it should read much better than the current not rendered,
outdated RST file.

I would suggest to keep the README simple and hence easy to manage.
Before having two insufficient sources explaining how to install GeoNode
I would prefer to put effort in docs.geonode.org and link from the README to it.
(As said it´s just a start and many parts are copied from docs)

If there is interest from our PSC I would welcome if some native speaker could have an eye on it.
Collaboration always welcome!

Issue Templates
----------------------
Besides the readme – community is growing, communication takes place in different
places and could be shaped.

✓ questions regarding code: dev list
✓ questions regarding usage: user list	(similar to the two rooms in Turin)
✓ chat with a little offtopic from time to time: gitter

■ github issues reserved for bugs, feature requests, or changes to the source code
To make this clear I would offer a first draft for an issue template [1]

Have a great weekend,

Toni
