[GeoNode-users] Migrating Users and Data from Version 2.0c2 to 2.4

There are migration commands from 2.0 to 2.4 available on the
backup_restore branch (
https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/tree/backup_restore) but currently they
re-assign the Layer to the target user and do not preserve the views and
ratings.
