[GeoNode-users] Geonode SRS 3857

On the topic of the ITRF 2005 (rwanda) projection not being recognized,
I've encountered similar issues when dealing with SIRGAS2000 (Brazil
specific datum). What I figured is that the .prj file generated by ESRI
software does not seem to conform to the standards expected by GeoServer.
So the projection is not recognized. THe solution was to delete the .prj
file and define the projectin using QGis. Could you try that?
However, the funny thing is that the proj2epsg site did recognize the ESRI
.prj file. SO I'm not sure where the problem is. If it's ESRI or GeoServer.
