[GeoNode-users] Using geonode-updateip when installing from source

This follows on from the CMS email chain, but it's a different, quick
question so a new email.

I've installed geonode using
git clone https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode.git

cd geonode
sudo pip install -e .

Is there a way to get "geonode-updateip" working easily under these
conditions? Or should I just keep updating things manually (which works but
is prone to human error).
