[GeoNode-users] Updated GeoNode Training Material

+1 Alessio. 

I’m seeing these steps mostly follow what we’ve done for the workshop and imho it matters. I would just point out to users that the deployment through vagrant and virtual box with NAT configuration is a special case of networking which can be  called “GeoNode behind a proxy” (i.e. squid) while the most of help requests from users are coming for the situation where Apache/NGINX is directly published on Internet without a proxy. The configuration in this case could be a little bit different.

Again I’d like to maintain the section on CentOS too though, maybe at the same level of here http://training.geonode.geo-solutions.it/002_install_and_admin/002_geonode_install/index.html#geonode-vrelease-installation-on-ubuntu-16-04 but just skipping the first three preliminary sections for that.
I already have a docs review WIP in my pocket for CentOS, so could make PR after your backport.

However definitively a needed step to a clearer installation process.
