[GeoNode-users] Increase performance for loading map, because of capabilities request

Trivial solution (but also easiest to achieve and should not require any
other "particular" customization), would be to login into GeoServer ad an
internal administrator, edit the Layers to not show on the GetCapabilities
but checking-off the "Advertised" option and save them.
