[GeoNode-users] Add Plugins to Geoexplorer Viewer for Geonode

Hi
These are excellent instructions, it would be worth to include them in
the documentation.

One thing which is worth to add: if you need to debug gxp and geoext,
you can set "GEONODE_CLIENT_LOCATION = 'http://localhost:9090/'" in
settings and then run "ant debug". This way you will be able to debug
(for example to add breakpoints) all of the client components. It is
also an handy way to debug your custom plugins and widgets.
