[GeoNode-users] Update Geonode version to effect advance permission setting

Hi Jeffy,

GeoNode 2.0 is actually really old and lot of changes happened. I'm afraid
that you cannot port the permissions system. Also I'm not aware of any
automatic tool to port the data from a 2.0 to 2.8.
The suggestion I can give is to install the 2.8 separately, port the data,
and then make back the look and feel following the new GeoNode templates.

To port the data maybe the fastest is to run "geonode importlayers" on a
folder which contains all your shapefiles. You will have to put back the
metadata and remake the maps though.
