[GeoNode-users] GeoNode-Project local_settings.py

Dear users,

Before getting into my issue. I am running GeoNode-Project at master installed
via Docker on an Ubuntu at 18.04LTS.
The installation hits the end with no problem if I use settings for the
whole project. On the other hand, If I use local_settings.py the
installation fails.
My questions are:

1 - Do I need to install postgres  in my server in order to use
local_settings?
2 - Does the system still using the container postgres4my_geonode even with
the use of local_settings?
