Hi Devs,

I was looking for a way to export svn logs in csv and I bunped across 
this short Python script : 
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2695795/exporting-subversion-log-to-csv.  
It borks on our SVN because of the Frenc characters, but I fixed it (see 
comment).  It outputs unnecessary blank lines, but it is still useful.
