Hi list

The code of the mapfish.Protocol.MapFish class, implementing the
client side of the MapFish protocol, has been included in OpenLayers,
in the OpenLayers.Protocol.HTTP class to be more precise. This class
is now meant to be compatible with MapFish and FeatureServer.

What I'd like to do now is update our JavaScript API docs to mark the
mapfish.Protocol.MapFish class as deprecated, and document that
OpenLayers.Protocol.HTTP is to be used instead. I hope that's fine by
everyone.

Thanks,
