[Geoprisma-dev] MapFishPrintProxy - legend support added

Hi devs,

   As of today, the MapFishPrintProxy support printing legends.  The 
GeoExtPrintForm widget now has a new [legend] option to enable this.  
You can look at the updated [sample] to see this in action.
