[Geoprisma-dev] GeoPrisma 1.4 - urgent release this week

Hi,

   We need to make a quick release of GeoPrisma, either today or 
tomorrow.  You're invited to review/send patch to any of the current 
opened ticket for the 1.4 Milestone as soon as possible, particularly 
those currently without an owner.  I'll begin pushing those without 
patches to 1.6.
