[Geoserver-jp] CQL and DWITHIN

Thank you for very nice information!

I hopefully try to ovarley some layers into geothematics.
For example, facilities point data (cf.shp) and census polygon data.

So, I think CQL and DWITHIN is very interesting.
I want to try this sample.
