[geotk] Adding new projections to EPSG database

Hello Jon

I just checked. It seems that EPSG:3572 is included in the EPSG database
version embedded with Geotk. Could you provide the stack trace? Maybe
this is just a matter of a projection name slightly different than the
one expected by the library.
