[Graphics] Android friendly icons

Layer-add comes from "GIS icons 1.0", when all the icons were in one svg 
file. It was easier to handle and render png's.
I can send you this file, but the original design size was even smaller 
- 24x24px!
 From version 2.0 I decided to publish new icons as two files (svg&png).
