Recompiling

Thanks to Darrell and Malcolm for helping - the running of the MAKELINK 
seems to have done the trick. The mod's I made to ps.map are now there. I 
can now get thin lines in both the map and the matching vlegend.

If anyone else wants this option to match with the amended do_vector.c 
that I sent them, please e-mail me.

Again only as interest - what are the hard links and why are they so big 
??
