[GRASS5] man/ directory

a fresh cvs does *not* contain /man here (on my linux box).
I have
Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.10.7 (client/server)

Maybe some SGI specific bug in cvs? Even on Solaris is doesn't appear (I am
using there: Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.9 (client/server)).
