[GRASS-dev] Modularity of GRASS GIS.

Hello,

I have a question: With GRASS GIS, is it possible to have one database with the
mapdata and multiple viewers, reading from that database independently from each
other via a network connection? Furthermore, would it then be possible to display 
realtime 3D data (i.e. 4D ;) on the multiple views? How fast the realtime diplay is?
