[GRASS-dev] nviz compile errors on Mac OS X

I tried poking around inside _grass6_wxvdigit.so
I don't know if it is meaningful or not, but I found quite a few lines
referencing things like...
...instead of the equivalent files in /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk
