[GRASS-dev] osgeo4w on Windows Vista: g.proj.exe crashes when setting the initial location

I've tried from the osgeo4w shell, after setting GISRC and GRASS_GUI
manually, launching:

g.proj.exe -c epsg=4326 location=WGS84

It happens the same as with the tcltk interface... just a not better
specified crash.
