[GRASS-dev] Delete r.le.* now?

Hi,

in November 2014, r.le suite was moved to Addons as being functional and
potentially still useful although there is r.li [1, 2]. There were some
improvements in r.li around that time [3] and some small improvements in
g.gui.rlisetup since than [4].

However, more importantly, the r.le modules can't be currently compiled.
r.le.setup needs vask library which was removed and the other modules have
various compilation issues (which would be fixable).

I suggest identifying what is missing in r.li from r.le and opening tickets
for it. Then it seems that it is time to remove r.le.* from addons, so it
is clear that they don't need to be maintained.

In case somebody want to use r.le, the modules are still accessible in 6.4
if I understand it correctly.
