Network of SUN cpu's and GRASS

In order to get the graphics displayed on your local 
machine while running on another cpu you need to configure 
the local machine as a xterminal and send the display from the 
grass cpu to that xterminal.  

eg  I run grass on  "shiva" and look 
at the output on "cerberus" in my office.  
To do this 

(i) on cerberus, type
xhost +shiva

(ii) on shiva (or in the command-tool that is looking at shiva), type
setenv DISPLAY cerberus:0

Then it works fine.
