Removing dead lines from vector files

Chris,

I believe the "dead" lines will have the lower case letter ( l, a, p) before the
attribute's geographic location (x,y coord.) in the dig_att directory. 
BTW, Do you know Maj. Jim Carafano? I recently sent him some Digital Elevation
data, and I was wondering if he had received it.  Just wondering......
