Snowmelt model

Hello!

Does anyone know if there exists any distributed snowmelt model that can be
run with Grass, or in conjunction with Grass. The model should make use of a
DEM to estimate incoming shortwave radiation etc. Other models f.ex. running 
under DOS is also of interest.
