[GRASSLIST:1505] serching copyright informations about GRASS

Hi to everybody,

I'm Stefano from Trento(Italy)and I'm searching some
informations about the copyright situation of Grass
during the years 1998-1999 for a research. 
I'm searching, in particular, the file copyright.txt
of the version 5.0beta of Grass (30 March 1999). Does
anybody of you have a copy of this file?

Another thing - in particular for the people of
Baylor. 
I read, in some mails of this list,
that in the year 1999 people of Baylor Univ. was
involved in solving the license problems of Grass, in
collaboration with the Univ. council and an external
firm. Where can I find some informations or papers
about it?
