Dear All:

I am working on a GRASS 6 inorder to view my data in 3 dimension ISO Surface
I am using v.vol.rst for interpolation but I don't get results....I always get error messages:
here is my experiments. I always get a message incease DMIN, I do but I dont get results.

v.vol.rst input=octVector cellinp=survoctVector wcolumn=dbl_4 tension=40. smooth=0.1 segmax=50 dmin=0.010000 npmin=200 wmult=1.0 zmult=1.0 elev=ccc

65536 records selected from table

Points are too concentrated -- please increase DMIN

v.vol.rst input=octVector cellinp=survoctVector wcolumn=dbl_4 tension=40. smooth=0.1 segmax=50 dmin=2 npmin=200 wmult=1.0 zmult=1.0 elev=ccc

65536 records selected from table
Warning: some points outside of region -- will ignore...
Warning: strip exists with insufficient data

Processing all selected output files
will require 40000 bytes of disk space for temp files

Warning: there are points outside specified region--ignored 28451 points (total points: 65536)
Warning: points are more dense than specified 'DMIN'--ignored 35481 points
Percent complete:
finished interpolating

I have dbf vector file composed of 5 columns :
   CAT, dbl_1 (lat) , dbl_2(long), dbl_3(Sea Depth), dbl_4 (Temprature)

following under is sample of my data:

60.394146|-60.344543|-38.880001|5.940000
60.394146|-60.344543|-39.080002|5.944000
60.394146|-60.344543|-38.980000|5.945000
60.394146|-60.344543|-38.980000|5.946000
60.394146|-60.344543|-39.080002|5.949000
60.394146|-60.344543|-38.980000|5.951000
60.394146|-60.344543|-38.980000|5.951000
60.394146|-60.344543|-39.080002|5.951000
60.394146|-60.344543|-38.880001|5.953000

actually , I don't know from where to start, I already transfer my data to vector as above...I can see my map ..but what I need next to visualise the map in 3 dim...I have read many articles..but I dont get any advantage......I dont know

I hope if you have some example related to send it to me...
  Thanks in advance
  Feras
