[GRASS-user] Commandline for creating a vectorial

Hi
In my case I'm using winGRASS.

So If I do
v.edit map=vector_file type=boundary,centroid tool=create

It's exacly the same as I select Crete New Vector map (from Vector/Develp
Vector Map/) without "Creating attribute table"?
