[GRASS-user] error importing rasters

hello to everyone,
when i try to import a raster (i tried more than one) i got the following
error (in this case i was importing an ndvi raster):

i run GRASS on UBUNTU 18.04.2 and i reistalled it yesterday since i was
having some troubles using GUI. I'm using version 7.4.0.
does anyone know what's wrong??
