[winGRASS] Running GRASS under WIN98

Hi everyone!

I'm trying torun GRASS on WIN98; I downloaded the
GRASS5.0.0pre (not the one for windows) , CYGWIN and
XFree files, but as I compile the GRASS' source code,
I get a lot of errors in the errors.log file; I just
can't run GRASS. 
Can somebody help me?
