[winGRASS] Cygwin libW11.dll

Hi all.

A few minutes ago I discovered that Cygwin rxvt works as a Win32 native
console if the DISPLAY environment variable is set to ":0".  In other words,
it does not need an X Server.

It does this through an Win32 native X11 library emulation called
libW11.dll, which also comes with Cygwin (in /bin).  The source code for
this emulation library, including headers and an XPM library is available
from:

Apparently this is a modified version of a library called "ntxlib" which was
mentioned here a few months ago (available from ftp.microsoft.com).  This
might be another way of porting the Grass X Driver, without needing an X
Server as suggested at that time, with the added advantage that the DLL is
distributed with Cygwin.
