[winGRASS] d.mon not selecting graphics monitor

Try using:

	d.mon -s start=x0
	[wait until you see the window appear]
	d.mon select=x0

If no window appears, then the driver program has died. Unfortunately,
if this happens, it isn't necessarily easy to determine why.
