[winGRASS] export arcinfo coverages and "ungenerate" files

Hi,

I'm a real novice in using grass... 

I would like to export grass-vector layers to arcinfocoverages and
"ungenerate" file format. Like Helli in message "GRASSLIST:7512"
(http://grass.itc.it/pipermail/grassuser/2005-July/029644.html) I found
that it was possible in Grass5.3x, but I didn't find how to do it in
grass6.0. Is it still possible?
