[winGRASS] Using grass with java

Hello,
I am starting to investigate to use grass functionalities in java code. I
found the SWIG proyect, that wraps c/c++ code into several languages. In
fact, there are two samples in grass source that wraps some grass code for
perl and phyton. But i didnt find anything for java.

I found too some information about grass-jni, but all the downloadable code
and documentation is deleted.

I would like to know if there are some try of wrapping grass with swig for
java, or some information about grass-jni, or even another existing
investigation path.
