R: R: [GRASS-windows] Can Only access GUI, no Command Shell

More information:

The installer is hanging while copying something to my user directory. I
cannot see what it is because it scrolls by too fast before completing.

I suspect it is the grass63 script. (Module: GRASS Initialization)

In /home/Ryan R. Rosario I am missing grass63 on the Vista machine, but the
XP machine has it. For now I can just find that file and copy it into the
correct directory.
