[GRASS-windows] Troubles with Eclipse/paths

Hello,

the building-related problems appears to be related to path-setting.

Application of rtfm revealed that --without-curses only led to a follow-up problem:

     [exec] checking for xdrmem_create in -lrpclib... no
     [exec] configure: error: *** Unable to locate XDR functions.
     [exec] checking for xdrmem_create in -lxdr... no
     [exec] Result: 1
