[Incubator] juez y parte

Just asking:
"juez y parte" is the term in Spanish when a "judge" also belongs to the
"party" that is being judged.

Are there policies on incubator committee that considers this kind of
situation?

If not, there are some possibilities, like:
When a "judge" is also a "party", the "judge" can use +0, -0
When a "judge" is also a "party", the "judge" can not vote on motions
referencing the "party"

I must say that who ever rose my attention to this, is a straight person
making it clear that also belongs to the "party" that is being judged.
