[Indonesia] proposal of building The Indonesian FOSS GIS Community

Hi,

I'm Irina Mildawani from GIS Development Laboratory, Gunadarma University,
in Depok, Indonesia. I and my course mates from all over Indonesia have
been joined a course on ToT FOSS GIS 2007 conducted by Arnulf Christl on
Oct.22-26,2007. It's a very interesting course and it's a great benefit
for us, our institutions, and our country. How about building a Community
of FOSS GIS among us, my course's fellows? Let's build an Indonesian FOSS
GIS Community as it's also suggested by DR. Francis E.Sarmiento III and
supported by Arnulf Christle, the Seven!
