I understand about GML and ISO 19107; please have a read over the IRC
logs posted earlier and I think you will find your questions answered.
My take on it is that there are a few more things in the data model
from the GML background then I would expect simply from ISO19107 -
however please take this comment with a grain of Salt as I have yet to
have a deep look at what is here.
