[Liblas-devel] 0.9.0 Released

I am pleased to announce the release of 0.9.0.  A tarball with a  
source release and Windows binaries are provided.  See http://liblas.org/wiki/0.9.0 
  to download a copy.

The utility of the release is pretty much limited to library work if  
you are a software developer, or Martin's command line utilities.   
Documentation for the command line utilities can be found in http://liblas.org/browser/tags/0.9.0/doc 
  or by adding the --help switch to the utility.
