[Liblas-devel] Does anyone know GeoLAS?

Folks,

I've come across project called GeoLAS

http://sourceforge.net/projects/geolas

It says it "uses LibLAS to access the datasource."
but it looks there is no code in CVS repo.
I'm curious if anyone knows anything about this project
or its author.
