[Live-demo] Translations and Proj4 documentation

Sometimes Transifex makes it really hard to find the right settings and
buttons. ;-)

I think I was the one, who accepted Julien to the Transifex pgRouting
project.
By that time I saw, that there were 2 translation groups, one for pgRotuing
OSGeo Live and one for the other pgRouting translation projects.
I didn't remember the reason for that, so I merged both groups into one to
keep things simple.

There were a couple of languages, where either nothing had been translated
or all translators had disappeared (with only one or two strings
translated).
It happens from time to time, that a new language is requested without any
activity afterwards.
In my opinion it makes no sense to provide those languages, so I have
removed them.

Best regards,
Daniel
