In order to document all changes in Mapbender properly (and more 
generally, to assure a higher quality of work), I have written a guide 
for Mapbender developers which can be found here

Please focus on
* Document your changes (Trac usage)
* Read the commit guidelines

I think the Mapbender project would benefit immensely if every Mapbender 
developer read and followed these instructions.

If these instructions seem inadequate to you, please discuss possible 
changes on-list.
