[mapguide-internals] Patch for using the MapGuide API with .Net 1.1

I have made a patch that enables building a .Net 1.1 version of the 
MapGuide API.
It should probably not be part of the official release, but I would like 
to share the instructions and binaries with the MapGuide OS community.

Where can/should I post instructions, diff file and binaries?
