[mapguide-internals] Patch for using the MapGuide API with .Net 1.1

Kenneth, what is the motivation for this patch?  Are there sites that
are unable to install 2.0?

I would suggest that the trac wiki would be a good place for this kind
of thing (just tested on a page I maintain on the fdo trac wiki, and it
allowed uploads of .patch and .zip files).  If there are no objections,
we could create a "Tech Notes" section on the main page and then set up
a new page "MapGuide with .Net 1.1" for this patch?  Or Kenneth could do
this himself?

I have made a patch that enables building a .Net 1.1 version of the
MapGuide API.
It should probably not be part of the official release, but I would like
to share the instructions and binaries with the MapGuide OS community.

Where can/should I post instructions, diff file and binaries?
