[mapguide-internals] CGI API for web client map rendering - what do we need?

Paul,

I think this is good. Should we take this up in person in Victoria. 
Might be easier that way. Bruce, Trevor, and possibly Tom will be on the 
ground in Victoria, so we should be able to meet and sort this out. I 
think I'll add it to the PSC meeting agenda.
